Data analysis

Data are analysed on the basis of the latest findings of time series analysis and the chronobiology. By means of data analysis, both healthy adaptive processes and disturbed regulation processes can be identified. It is possible to capture, inter alia, stress situations, trance states, overload inhibitions (such as blackouts and blockages), apathetic and/or depressive behavioural conditions as well as neurotic conditions.

Elektromyogram

The Stress Relaxation Test is for testing the dealing with stressors (coping with stress). During that test, the muscular reaction (electromyogram parameter), the vegetative neural reaction (skin potential parameter)) and the vegetative-emotional reaction (skin resistance parameter) are measured with a smardwatch®.

The SRT allows for determining stable and instable sections of the vegetative reactions regulation. That is meant for determining the regulation types.
